This Waikīkī event includes a chance to meet Leilani Münter – the vegetarian environmentalist race car driver with Hawaiian roots. Ben Namakin and his co-founder of Pacific Islands Climate Revolution, Kimo Carvalho, will be talking about how youth can change the world, and Jeff Mikulina of the Blue Planet Foundation will show us a vision of Hawai‘i's energy future. Enjoy the music of Waipuna, learn about worm composting, meet local sustainable business owners, recycle phone books and more (for free) with Hagadone Printing, win climate-friendly prizes, learn how to calculate your personal carbon footprint, and more!
