Hawaii Conservation Forums are convened for discussing major conservation concerns. The forums are usually by invitation to key people in the respective field of need. Forums are used to direct HCA activities.

The Hawaii Biosecurity Forum provided a venue for national- and state-level policy makers and senior managers to engage in a frank discussion, analysis, and strategic planning process that considered the unique threats to and set the stage for enhanced protections for Hawaii and the U.S-affiliated Pacific area from non-indigenous invasive species.
