All food and beverage will be served through the Hawaii Convention Center Food Concession stand. Each registered participant will receive 2 beverage coupons per day. Meals are not included except for the 3-day deluxe registration fee. Lunch, snacks and beverages can be purchased with cash at the concession stand or off site.

SOLD OUT Exhibitor feesinclude one booth sitter attendee, a 10x10' area with one 6' dressed table and 2 chairs. The booth sitter attendee will receive full access to the exhibit room, poster reception, HCA Open House and 6 beverage coupons. Additional booth sitters may tend the exhibit hours for a $30.00 fee (includes 3 day exhibit attendance, poster reception, HCA Open House and 6 beverage coupons). Exhibit attendees who would like to additionally attend conference sessions, may register at the special exhibitor rate of $150.00 (limited to one per exhibit). All other participants from your organization must register at the regular conference rate. Honolulu, HI 96813 Cancellation and Refund Policy: Written cancellations will be accepted until July 28, 2010, 5:00 PM (Hawaii Standard Time). A cancellation fee of $35 per person will be charged. No refunds will be granted after the deadline. Tour fees (if applicable) are not refundable.
