Registration fees include access to all conference sessions and the exhibit hall, conference materials, complimentary beverage coupons, and the poster reception on August 4 (includes pupus). All food and beverage will be served through the Hawaii Convention Center Food Concession stand. Each registered participant will receive 2 beverage coupons per day. Meals are not included except for the 3-day deluxe registration fee. Lunch, snacks and beverages can be purchased with cash at the concession stand or off site.

Exhibitor fees
include one booth sitter attendee, a 10x10' area with one 6' dressed table and 2 chairs. The booth sitter attendee will receive full access to the exhibit room, poster reception, HCA Open House and 6 beverage coupons. Additional booth sitters may tend the exhibit hours for a $30.00 fee (includes 3 day exhibit attendance, poster reception, HCA Open House and 6 beverage coupons). Exhibit attendees who would like to additionally attend conference sessions, may register at the special exhibitor rate of $150.00 (limited to one per exhibit). All other participants from your organization must register at the regular conference rate. Choose exhibitor as your registration type, then click the check box on the form to add the conference registration fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
: Written cancellations will be accepted until July 28, 2010, 5:00 PM (Hawaii Standard Time). A cancellation fee of $35 per person will be charged. No refunds will be granted after the deadline. Tour fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

DONATIONS
Individuals who donate $100 or more to the Hawaii Conservation Alliance Foundation will receive a 10% discount. Call 808-587-0061 or email us for the discount code before you register. Donate here.

HCAF Carbon Reduction and Offset Fund
A portion of your registration fee ($5) will be applied to
this fund to offset the HCC's estimated 370 ton carbon footprint. We suggest that you also make a voluntary donation on your registration form to offset your travel and lodging.
 
 
LODGING
