ABSTRACT & PRESENTER GUIDELINES
Oral presentations will be 20 minutes (15 minutes + 3 minutes for questions + 2 minutes transition time).
Download Guidelines for Oral Presenters (PDF). REMINDER: Turn in your PowerPoint slides to the Presentation Team table at least 3 hours before your presentation and arrive at your room 15 minutes before the start of your session.
Poster presentations will be displayed August 4-6 in the exhibit hall. Authors are required to attend the evening poster session on August 4 from 5:30-8:30 PM. Posters may be installed on the afternoon of August 3 from 2-6 p.m. and must be removed by 5 p.m. on August 6. PLEASE NOTE
We encourage all presenters to check-in early on Tuesday, August 3 from 2-6 PM to avoid the long lines on Wednesday morning. All attendees must be check-in by 8 AM on Wednesday, August 4.
