The Hawai‘i Conservation Conference invites vendors, artists, and NGOs to display their field equipment, programs, book titles, journals and art at its Exhibit and Poster Exhibition, August 4-6, 2010. Visit with over 900 conference delegates during the morning coffee, conference breaks, and at the Exhibit and Poster Reception on Wednesday, August 4, 5:30-8:30 PM. The Exhibition Hall will feature exhibitor booths, the Conservation Through Art Exhibit, food concessions, native plant displays and more!
 
EXHIBIT FEES (table for 3 days)
Business/Government rate: $380
Nonprofit rate (with sales): $180
Nonprofit rate (no sales): $105
Additional booth sitter fee: $30
 
Exhibitor rates include one booth sitter attendee, a 10x10' area with one 6' dressed table and 2 chairs. The booth sitter attendee will receive full access to the exhibit room, the poster reception, HCA Open House, and 6 beverage coupons. Additional booth sitters may tend the exhibit hours for a $30.00 fee (includes 3 day exhibit attendance, poster reception, HCA Open House and 6 beverage coupons). Exhibit attendees who would like to additionally attend conference sessions, may register at the special exhibitor rate of $150.00 (limited to one per exhibit). All other participants from your organization must register at the regular conference rate. Choose exhibitor as your registration type, then click the check box on the form to add the conference registration fee.

SET UP
The Exhibit location is Ballroom B/C, located on the 4th floor of the building. It is accessible by freight elevators from the parking level, Row F, Mauka Elevators. The exhibit space is carpeted. Electricity and Internet is available for a fee. Hanging of items is not permitted on the wall surfaces. If required, please inquire with the conference organizer. Loading in/out is the responsibility of the vendor. Carts are NOT available.
