Registration Fees
Registration fees include access to all conference sessions and the exhibit hall, conference materials, complimentary snack and beverage coupons, and the poster reception on July 28 (pupus provided). This year all food and beverage will be served through the Hawai‘i Convention Center Food Concession stand. Each registered participant will receive a complimentary coupon pack ($8/day value) redeemable for snacks and beverages. Lunches are not included in the registration fee. Lunch and additional snacks and beverages may be purchased with cash or pre-purchased coupons. Lunch coupons are available for purchase on the registration form (3 day registrants only). Lunch also may be purchased off site.

Donate $100 or more to the Hawai‘i Conservation Alliance Foundation and receive a special discount. Call 808-587-0061 or email hcastaff@hawaii.edu for the discount code before you register. HCAF Carbon Reduction and Offset Fund A portion of your registration fee ($5) will be applied to this fund to offset the HCC's estimated 370 ton carbon footprint. *Exhibit space does not include a conference registration. One person from your organization can attend the conference at the special exhibitor rate of $150 (valid for 3 days). All other participants from your organization must register at the regular conference rate. Choose exhibitor as your registration type, then click the check off box on the form to add the conference registration fee. |
