Presentation and Abstract Guidelines
Oral Presentations are scheduled in 20 minute time blocks (15 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for questions, 2 minutes transition time). General sessions, symposia and forums will all run concurrently. See detailed schedule. We strongly encourage you to check in early at the registration table and hand in your PowerPoint file to the Presentation coordinator on Monday afternoon, July 27 (2-7 pm) to avoid the large crowds on Tuesday morning, July 28. If you are not available during this time, go to the registration desk by 7:30 a.m. on the day of your presentation and you will be directed where to upload your presentation. After you submit your presentation, it will be considered final and no uploading of revised versions will be allowed.
Poster presentations will be displayed Tuesday, July 28 - Thursday, July 30 in the Exhibit Hall (Room 313ABC). Authors are required to attend the evening poster session on Tuesday, July 28, 6-9 pm. Posters may be installed on the afternoon of Monday, July 27 (2-7 pm) and must be removed by 5 pm on Thursday, July 30.
