Exhibits The Hawai'i Conservation Conference invites vendors, artists, and NGOs to display their field equipment, programs, book titles, journals and art at its Exhibit and Poster Exhibition, July 29 – 31, 2008. Visit with over 900 conference delegates during the morning coffee, conference breaks, and at the Exhibit and Poster Reception on Tuesday evening.

Set up and Inclusions
Exhibitors will be provided with a table and 2 chairs in an 8x10’ area. The Exhibit location is Room 313ABC, located on the 3rd floor of the building. It is accessible by freight elevators from the parking level, Row F, Mauka Elevators. The exhibit space is carpeted. Electricity and Internet is available for a fee. Hanging of items is not permitted on the wall surfaces. If required, please inquire with the conference organizer. Loading in/out is the responsibility of the vendor. Carts are NOT available.
Fees (Table for 3 days)
Business rate: $300 (early bird), $350 (after May 23)
Nonprofit rate (with sales): $150 Nonprofit rate (no sales): $75 Exhibit space does not include a conference registration. One person from your organization can attend the conference at the special exhibitor rate of $140 (valid for 3 days, includes lunches, coffee breaks, reception & souvenirs). All other participants from your organization must register at the regular conference rate. Choose exhibitor as your registration type, then click the check off box on the form to add the conference registration fee.
